PROCESSING & SHIPPING

Each piece is crafted on-demand to ensure quality. Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days and arrive 9-14 business days from order date. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

Many orders arrive sooner than the estimated window, however we encourage customers to plan based on the full timeframe listed above.

All shipping prices are determined at checkout after the address has been given.

Shipping costs are not refundable.

Please Note: orders placed during holidays or peak seasons may require additional processing time.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address or marked “Return to Sender,” a re-shipping fee will apply.

Please ensure your shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to reroute or modify the delivery address. Orders sent to an incorrect address cannot be refunded or replaced.
