Refund policy

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All items are made to order and are considered final sale. We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds due to sizing. Please review the sizing chart carefully before placing your order.

Exchanges or replacements are only permitted for defective items.

If you receive a defective product, please email info@thesilverfoxworkshop.com or send us a direct message on Instagram @thesilverfoxworkshop with clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.

To qualify for review, items must be:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• Unaltered
• Free of odors or damage
• In original packaging with tags attached

Items that do not meet these requirements will be returned to the customer at their expense.

We reserve the right to determine whether a returned item is in acceptable condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the item has been received and inspected.

Please allow 5 to 10 business days for refunds to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.

We do not offer store credit.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase. After that window, production may have already begun and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
